Thomas joined EPPA in 2018 following a merger with PACT, where he worked for three years as a consultant. He developed his expertise in sustainability and climate change transition policies, digital and industrial transformations, finance, and internal market regulation.
In 2014, Thomas was awarded first prize in an inter-university lobbying competition organised by the Paris-based consultancy Spin Partners. He proposed an advocacy strategy for UNICEF to increase childhood support under French public development aid.
