Eduardo moved to EPPA in 2010, developing excellent networks in the EU Institutions and focusing on Environment, Health and Innovation policies and their interface with Member States.
Among the major legislative dossiers Eduardo has worked on was involved in the reform of the Tobacco Products Directive for the new cult of electronic cigarettes, achieving a balanced outcome between a high level of health protection and the right to pleasure of citizens. In another complex case, he managed the largest co-decision dossier ever before the European Parliament, the latest reform of the Common Agricultural Policy, and also advised several clients during the reform of the agro-chemicals and biocidal regulations, in addition to working on specific technical cases in these areas.
+ Worked at the Spanish Permanent Delegation to UNESCO, as advisor to the Spanish Ambassador.
+ Project director of the High Level Group on Innovation Policy Management during its first phase and as researcher for its first report on Innovation Ecosystems, and as outreach manager during its second phase.
+ Advisor at the Fundacion I+E (a foundation devoted to improving the innovation framework for investments).
+ He also regularly lectures at University CEU Cardenal Herrera of Valencia on EU Affairs & Interest Representation.
+ Master’s Degree in EU Diplomacy and International Relations from the College of Europe (Bruges),
+ Master degree in Political and Administrative Sciences from University CEU Cardenal Herrera of Valencia.
