Adam Sebesta, Senior Account Manager at Eppa, argues in his latest op-ed for EurActiv that just like internal combustion engine production has continued long after the emergence of electric vehicles, animal-protein meals will remain next to the rising meatless alternatives.

He believes that what matters most is ensuring sufficient nutrition as well as more sustainable food production. Therefore, the debate in Europe should be based on clear scientific views on the nutrient richness of the products and their impacts on the environment and human health.
