João Pillon

João advises clients in the spheres of agriculture, energy, funding, and chemicals, where he can provide both regulatory and policy strategic advice.

In his career, João worked both in the public and in the private sector where he managed to get first-hand insights into the corporate and governmental dimension of public policy. Prior to joining EPPA, João worked assisting clients in the areas of financial services, environment and energy.

João holds a Master's degree in European Studies from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium) focusing on European governance and financial services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Santa Maria (Santa Maria, Brazil) focusing on international law and economics.

João is fluent in Portuguese, Italian, English and French and has a basic command of German.
